CIKS is looking for a passionate and experienced Project Manager to lead and implement our FPO strengthening project, working with Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) across selected districts of Tamil Nadu. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference at the grassroots level of Indian agriculture.

Nature of Work
Identify and support eligible FPOs in developing their institutional and technical capacities for activities focused on Sustainable Agriculture. The role involves extensive travel across the work districts and close coordination with government departments and donors.

Location
Thiruvannamalai, Villupuram, and Kallakurichi. The candidate will report to the Programme Director based in Chengalpattu.

Skills Required
Project Management, Coordination, Reporting & Documentation, Liaising with Government Departments and Donors.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Natural Resources Management. Prior experience in Sustainable Agriculture, Project Management, and preparation of DPRs and FPOs is essential. Proficiency in English and Tamil is required (Must).

Salary
Negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Shortlisted candidates will be required to take up duties at short notice.
