Youth participating in a training programme
This pilot project on āRetaining Village Youth in Agriculture through Training Programmesā has been sanctioned to CIKS by Rabo Bank Foundation under its Employee Fund, the Netherlands and also co-financed by NABARD in Chennai. This project is being implemented in Nagapattinam district from February 2017. The objective of this programme is to empower village based youth through capacity building programmes on technology, credit availing strategies and marketing aspects.
