We run a TRC (Technology Resource Centre) – this may be considered our “Flagship” field location for showcasing conservation, research, documentation, demonstration, training and engagement with farmers.

This is a facility in a farm with an area of about 11 acres situated at the outskirts of Chennai, about 90 Km away from the city.

Our TRC has several facilities, including:

• Training facility (with a meeting halls, dormitories, guest rooms, kitchen and dining area)
• Facility for demonstration plots of various crops
• Facility for Conservation of a variety of crops
• Seeds storage and processing facility
• Medicinal plant garden.

It also serves as a one stop location where one can see field demonstrations of various types of composting, biogas plants, seed conservation storage, processing, and more.
